This is one of the most beautiful wedding venues I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen many epic wedding venues in my time. If you’re looking for a jaw-dropping location to have your wedding ceremony, Pine Creek Cookhouse is a must.
Gorgeous wedding ceremony with mountain views at Pinecreek Cookhouse
We were lucky enough to have a thunderstorm wait until after the ceremony was over to start. It brought beautiful dramatic storm clouds during the wedding ceremony which made for epic photos. The reception space is just a short walk away, so we all hurried into the covered cocktail hour space only for the sun to come out again later!

Is Pine Creek Cookhouse your wedding venue?
This quaint restaurant is tucked away 30 minutes outside of Aspen and Snowmass with THE most epic mountain view. A wedding venue your friends and family won’t be able to forget.
Getting to Pine Creek Cookhouse
It’s a 30-minute scenic drive through the Ashcroft Valley mountains from Downtown Aspen. Be sure to take a pit stop at the Ashcroft Ghost Town on your way in. Note that there is no service at Pine Creek Cookhouse. There’s no way to call for an Uber or Lyft. We recommend having your own transportation or using a local taxi or shuttle company. Plan in advance!
Capacity:

What time of year should I get married?
Summer:
Summer is Aspen is quite literally perfect with warm temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s. Your guests can fly fish, horseback, hike or just enjoy life in Aspen.
Fall:
Fall in Aspen is unlike no other and perfect for leaf peeping in the aspens. Expect temperatures in the 60s, cozy sweater weather, and the possibility of early snow, making it an ideal setting for a picturesque, foliage-filled wedding.
Winter (Ski Season):
Winter in Aspen is pure magic, especially if you’re a skier or winter enthusiast. While temperatures can drop significantly, the snowy, winter wonderland is the coziest setting if you’re dreaming of a ski-themed winter wedding.
Hi! I'm Kelsey!
My photography journey started in 2009 when I fell in love with documenting moments and capturing people in their element.
11 years ago, I moved to the amazing little mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado from Raleigh, North Carolina.
Wild to say I've photographed over 300 weddings and portrait sessions all over. I started this small but mighty team of local mountain photographers to capture whatever season of life you're in.
