Hi! I'm Kelsey!

I've been photographing families for more than 16 years, with a documentary approach focused on having fun and making even the people who hate having their photo taken enjoy the experience.

After more than a decade in Colorado, I moved back home to North Carolina in 2026. I'm now based in Coastal NC, with occasional availability in Colorado.

As a former preschool teacher, I'm very comfortable with kids, big personalities, and things going off-script. I'll give you enough direction to keep things moving while leaving plenty of room for the real moments.

Once you're booked, I'll send a quick questionnaire to learn more about your family. I'll also help with location ideas, timing, and anything else you need to plan your session.

Your Session

I’ll follow your kids’ lead. If they want to run, play, take a break, or stay close to you, we’ll go with it. No perfectly behaved kids required.

Your Photos

Your online gallery will be delivered within three weeks. From there, you can download your images and order prints and albums directly through your gallery.
