Sharing a few of my favorite wedding venues in one of my favorite areas of Todos Santos, Mexico. These venues are surrounded by gorgeous surf spots, colorful pepper farms, and laid-back little beach towns where you can find incredible fresh food, great people, whale watching, and local art.
This area has become my favorite escape from Colorado winters. As a wedding photographer, these venues are such a fun, colorful contrast to my usual mountain landscapes.
Getting to Todos Santos
Todos Santos is about an hour and a half drive from the Los Cabos airport. We usually rent a car right at the airport, which I love having to explore the different areas. There are shuttles available too if you’re heading straight to your hotel and don’t feel like driving.
Villa Santa Cruz
This is one of the most stunning wedding venues I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen many a’ wedding venue. Villa Santa Cruz is tucked away on the most gorgeous luxury oceanfront property 15 minutes outside of Todos Santos.
Gorgeous Mexican architecture, gardens of my actual dreams, and incredible suites overlooking the beach. This hotel has all the amenities you need for an experience you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.
Capacity: Smaller spaces available or enjoy a full buyout of the 20-acre property
Our first stop on the list was Hotel San Cristobal. It’s tucked away on a remote beach near a tiny little locals fishing spot.
This gorgeous hotel is it’s own little oasis with colorful and fun, yet modern and simple decor. Ocean-front rooms, a farm-to-table restaurant, and bonus points for being dog-friendly.
Located on the same property as Hotel Villa Santa Cruz, The Green Room is a more casual oceanfront restaurant is the perfect option for something more laid-back with a hang-out-on-the-beach vibe. Your guests have the freedom of where to stay and can do a little whale watching from the sand.
The menu is out of this world with fresh, authentic Mexican dishes and cocktails.
Capacity: up to 100 guests
Baja Nomads Hotel (formerly Tribu Pescadero)
The Baja Nomads Hotel in Pescadero really blew me away and I can’t stop thinking about it. I think this was my personal favorite from the list.
From treehouse rooms to a bar built in a school bus, this location had the perfect intimate setup for you and your guests to enjoy. It was a drive or a bike ride to the beach, but the property itself is so relaxing, it makes it hard to leave! You’re a close drive to a few different towns or beaches which makes it easy to choose your daily adventure!
The next stop on our list was in the heart of Todos Santos at Oystera! A lively modern downtown restaurant with all the jungle plants you could find!
Rancho Corazon
Our next stop in downtown Todos Santos was Rancho Corazon. It’s a gorgeous poolside venue and restaurant tucked away in the palm trees yet a short walk to town!
If you’re looking for a chic, boho reception, this would be the perfect spot! With a capacity of 400 people, you can have the party of a lifetime!
Cerritos Surf Town
Cerritos Surf Town is an awesome little spot oceanfront on the Cerritos Beach. Be sure to add the firepit to your package for amazing beach bonfires.
Baja Luna was another incredible luxury venue tucked away on a mango farm between Cerritos and Todos Santos. If you’re looking for modern and sophisticated neutral architecture, this is your place!
My photography journey started in 2009 when I fell in love with documenting moments and capturing people in their element.
12 years ago, I moved to the amazing little mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado, from Raleigh, North Carolina.
Wild to say I've photographed over 300 weddings and portrait sessions all over. I started this small but mighty team of local mountain photographers to capture whatever season of life you're in.
